The FBN Way

At FBN, we believe in providing every customer with better bottling services that have a positive effect on their operation. The biggest difference you’ll find at FBN is everything you’ll need is right here in-house. Engineering, manufacturing, installation and support, and preventative maintenance — all in the same place. They see each other, talk to each other, and work to solve problems together every day.

To the right is the strategic operating plan for bottling services that we use to keep things on track. From beginning to end, there’s no guesswork,  nothing overlooked, nothing missed. That goes for custom work, too. It allows for a better way of doing things that ensures quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

The ability to move fluidly through your journey is important to the success of our partnership. That’s why FBN developed a proprietary workflow process to ensure that things go correctly from start to finish.

By doing things different than legacy OEMs or parts suppliers, you get different (and better) results.

Whether you contact us, or we connect through a mutual bottler, let us know what kind of filler and capper you have and let’s see if we’re a good fit for you.

Get started with an audit. One of our service technicians will come and review all your lines and provide you with a comprehensive assessment doc.

When you’re ready to start, send us a P.O., and we’ll schedule a project kick off meeting to review the project scope and success criteria.

Once the project is ready, meet with us to review and approve the designs in Solid Works. Our engineering staff will design all the parts in SolidWorks for review and approval.

Manufacturing begins — all of our parts are machined and designed in our facility in Plainwell, Michigan.

Installation — start-up support, and on-site training with a certified FBN technician.

Project wrap-up — receive parts manuals, bill of materials, training docs, and recommended spare parts for new assemblies.

Managed Preventative Maintenance — establish a comprehensive preventative maintenance program based on your input and FBN recommendations.

Prospecting — what else can we help you with?
